<p>A number of modules are installed but not enabled, which should be removed prior<br>
to upgrading to Drupal 9.</p>
<h3 id="summary-proposed-resolution">Proposed resolution</h3>
<p>The following modules are not enabled and can be safely removed from the<br>
project:</p>
<ul>
<li>Geocoder</li>
<li>Geofield</li>
<li>Geolocation</li>
<li>Media entity</li>
<li>Configuration installer</li>
