Cleared attribute values stay on other translations of a menu link

Problem/motivation

The entity builder merges attribute values into other translations with NestedArray::mergeDeepArray(). A value cleared or unchecked in one translation stays on the others.

Proposed resolution

Replace the attribute groups on the other translations instead of merging them.
