But we need to wait until get the final dates and time, to replace all the schedule and so the proposal communications posts. :one: :six:  GitLab issue migration for contrib. It was expected that most opt-in projects would be migrated by Chicago 2026, but I haven't seen any non-DA projects move yet. Any update @hestenet? :one: :seven: First-time contributor workshop slide updates. The slides have some notes and are in a draft state with some slides needing rework and pending removal in order to shorten the 45-minute version down to the most relevant information for new contributors. Should also add DDEV Coder (see :one: :eight:). :one: :eight: Contribution tools discussion Randy has announced [DDEV Coder](https://ddev.com/blog/coder-ddev-com-announcement/) which looks pretty slick and worked smoothly for core issues for me. :one: :nine: @Ultimike has sponsorship for mentor dinner, but needs someone local to book a restaurant. [There's a thread](https://drupal.slack.com/archives/C17B88HB4/p1773153382866119) on #drupalcon_north-america. *Important decision:* Wednesday night before Contribution Day, or Thursday and clash with trivia night? Also, need someone to make table tents thanking sponsors - I could send someone a PDF if that would help. :one: :d10-readiness: Do we want to print contribution schedule flyers to hand out at the mentoring booth? I could throw a PDF together for someone to print. :two: “Good First Issue” is becoming something of a standard across many open source projects.
