(VIENNA) [Volunteer to be a mentoring team lead](https://www.drupal.org/community/contributor-guide/find-your-role) • Mentor Contribution Event Planning lead:  chrisdarke • Mentoring room lead: • Mentor communications leads: igorgoncalves volunteered so far • First-time contributor workshop lead: lostcarpark and rachel_norfolk • Mentoring booth leads: dinarcon • Community tools leads: lostcarpark (enlisting help from Darren form DrupalForge) • Novice issue triage lead: rodrigoaguilera, (Drupal AI triage led by Kristen Pol) • Mentor Dinner Lead (ideally someone who knows the area?) - Scheduling, Guest list, Reservations :one: :two: Contribution Tools (VIENNA) — Proposal: If we are not confident by **2025.09.18** in a solution that we can document and create videos on we will focus on non-code issue management such as Needs Review Queue Initiative, Major Issue triage to mentor new contributors *who do not have an environment* in the issue process. We have a new channel to talk about any solution in #contribution-tool-planning that is agnostic to DrupalPod, DrupalForge, ddev, dev-containers, etc... DrupalForge needs review! Please help and provide feedback! :one: :three: Europe Mentor Box — New mentor banner hopefully in progress. :one: :four: Mentor tickets (VIENNA) — Invitations sent. :one: :five: @john-cook has been doing amazing work adding mentoring features in the [updated volunteer app for Vienna 2025](https://dceuv.johncook.me.uk). Please sign up and select mentor tasks. :one: :six: First Time Contribution Workshops (VIENNA)... We have 3 slots currently: • Tuesday, 16:00-16:45 • Wednesday, 15:00-15:45 • Friday, 9:00-12:30 I assume the Friday one will be run several times in that slot. Does anyone want to present it? You can claim the slots in John's app above, but please also post here. :one: :seven: Mentor orientation sessions and issue triage (VIENNA) We have 2 mentor orientation slots: • Tuesday, 14:45-15:30 • Wednesday, 10:30-11:15 And issue triage session: • Thursday, 15:00-15:45 Anyone willing to lead those?
