<h2>1️⃣ 0️⃣ DrupalCons</h2>
<table>
</table>
<h2>1️⃣ 1️⃣ How is everyone feeling a month after DrupalCon?</h2>
<table>
<tr>
<td>AmyJune Hineline (volkswagenchick)</td>
<td>Rested? Is that a thing?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Tim Lehnen</td>
<td>Heh. It's always a weight off! Even if it spurs a lot more activity.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>AmyJune Hineline (volkswagenchick)</td>
<td>I do like having mentored contributions on Wednesday so folks felt empowered to join the main room. But I felt like DC was short this year. I know it wasn't, maybe because of only being 2 days of sessions?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Rolando Scott</td>
<td>Waiting for next year!</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Elli Ludwigson</td>
<td>So glad i went!! Wonderful to see everyone. Could've used another day of sessions but it was still a lot. Was awesome seeing the full workshop room!</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Matthew Ramir</td>
<td>good conference! Bummed I wan’t feeling great for most of it. Excited for next year</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Phil Frilling</td>
<td>Feeling good (and rested). Excited for next year as well.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Stephen Mustgrave</td>
<td>Glad I went and look forward to the next one!</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Kristen Pol</td>
<td>I’m very glad I went and had a great time seeing everyone and spending time with my 17 year old son who came with me for sightseeing… I am exhausted though… so much going on and had to push myself even harder to prep for DrupalCon… no rest for me really until September when we’ve landed in Australia for 3+ months</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Chris Darke</td>
<td>DC did feel too short this year! I do feel rested but still busy busy!</td>
</tr>
</table>
<h2>1️⃣ 2️⃣ What do we need to plan/prepare for Lille?</h2>
<table>
<tr>
<td>AmyJune Hineline (volkswagenchick)</td>
<td>I am reworking the workshops slides, so I will need someone to proof them and make sure I haven't left anything out.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>AmyJune Hineline (volkswagenchick)</td>
<td>I am thinking there will be a natural breakpoint where non code people can leave and go to the mentored room, and then the folks who want to stay for the code parts can stay... we had a lot of congestion at the door of the mentored room when the workshop let out.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>Slides are on Google Presentation still, right?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>AmyJune Hineline (volkswagenchick)</td>
<td>yes.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>AmyJune Hineline (volkswagenchick)</td>
<td>Seems like the most accessible space to share them with others.. and add captions, alt text, and speaker notes.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>Contribution day is 2023.10.20, Workshops on 2023.10.17 and 2023.10.18.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>Orientations on 2023.10.18 and 2023.10.19</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>AmyJune Hineline (volkswagenchick)</td>
<td>Yep, three workshops.. We will do A/B testing using the new one and get feedback. (edited)</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>So a short 5-10 question google forms survey after each?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>AmyJune Hineline (volkswagenchick)</td>
<td>something like that</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Chris Darke</td>
<td>Sounds good to have a survey.. it’s hard to both engage all the people and not make non-coders feel alienated in some way!</td>
</tr>
</table>
<h2>1️⃣ 3️⃣ Who is planning on being at Lille</h2>
<table>
<tr>
<td>AmyJune Hineline (volkswagenchick)</td>
<td>:wave:</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Rolando Scott</td>
<td>not me unfortunately :face_with_diagonal_mouth:</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>Honestly don't know at the moment.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Tim Lehnen</td>
<td>:wave::skin-tone-3:</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Phil Frilling</td>
<td>I wish, but not in the cards this year :slightly_frowning_face:.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Gregg Marshall</td>
<td>Tentative pending Amanda getting the time.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Kristen Pol</td>
<td>No… I’ll be in Australia from late August to mid December</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Chris Darke</td>
<td>Me!</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Anto Jose</td>
<td>Me!</td>
</tr>

<h2>2️⃣ 2️⃣ What support / resources / documents are needed for those</h2>
<table>
</table>
<h2>3️⃣ 1️⃣ We need to get some extra testing of the latest updates and how things are in the world of DrupalPod. We did encounter some technical issues at Pittsburgh.</h2>
<table>
</table>
<h2>3️⃣ 2️⃣ Does anyone have resources to test DrupalPod against existing core issues?</h2>
<table>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>The DrupalPod browser extension.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Matthew Ramir</td>
<td>I’ve been using it here and there, last was a couple weeks ago. Can pick it back up again</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Ofer Shaal</td>
<td>Are there issues with the browser extension ?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>I haven't had any, but it's still pending your rewrite, right?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Ofer Shaal</td>
<td>Right</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Phil Frilling</td>
<td>I do recall some new users in Pittsburge were having issues, too. Can't recall specifics at the moment? I think some more manual testing just to ensure the process will be smooth for new contributors. I should have some availability to test in the next few days. Will report back any findings.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Kristen Pol</td>
<td>By resources, do you mean documentation?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>AmyJune Hineline (volkswagenchick)</td>
<td>That is a @Chris Darke question, haha</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Kristen Pol</td>
<td>Ah! Gotcha… there’s the next thread on documentation so we’ll see :woman-shrugging:</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Chris Darke</td>
<td>I meant like ‘time and effort’</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Chris Darke</td>
<td>we need people to test it out outside of drupalcons 🙂 actually resolving some issues with it</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Ofer Shaal</td>
<td>Still planning to move the project to Drupal instead of github</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Ofer Shaal</td>
<td><a href="https://www.drupal.org/project/drupalpod">https://www.drupal.org/project/drupalpod</a></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Matthew Ramir</td>
<td>oo love that!</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Ofer Shaal</td>
<td>That would allow a great improvement for pushing commits directly from Gitpod, with no special set up.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>Issues now go to drupal.org?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Ofer Shaal</td>
<td>They should, so we can give credits to people</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>Additional steps.github -> .gitlabCI/CD for vsix and browser ext publishing.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>README updates</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Kristen Pol</td>
<td>Thanks @shaal :tada:</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Matthew Ramir</td>
<td>@shaal are these the docs to update? threw in some updates. Will circle back around soon</td>
</tr>
</table>
<h2>4️⃣ Open floor/other topics. Please start a new thread.</h2>
<table>
<tr>
<td>Matthew Ramir</td>
<td>Thanks for being you @AmyJune (volkswagenchick)!</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>AmyJune Hineline (volkswagenchick)</td>
<td>ha. I might change to Mazdachick after losing a valve this week. Although at 36HP, can you really tell if you're you're only firing on 3 cylinders!HAHA</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Gregg Marshall</td>
<td>I could when the 4 cylinder engine was on a single engine plane flying over the Grand Canyon at night.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Bernardo Martinez</td>
<td>is there such a thing as a early Drupal dev mentorship? Meaning in the first 2-3 years of their drupal.org profile creation? I met a few people at Drupal Camp Asheville who were looking for such. I know the Discover Drupal did that but to a different extend as that cohort in some cases knew very little about the web. Not a bad thing, but that does place constraints on the timeline. The people I met were either apprentices or junior devs though this could also include mid career devs as they might have missed something. Drupaleasy and other academies have a mentoring structure but for those who did not attend an academy it be great if something could be done to encourage them and challenge them to the next level. (edited)</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Bernardo Martinez</td>
<td>I should add this is intended for those who got their hands on Drupal already and either have one or more projects with it or are doing part time to develop their skills. I suppose in that sense is more of the ambitious site builder turned dev or curious about more info. I got the contact info for the peeps in Asheville so I will try doing some of that myself. (edited)</td>
