<td>Roles:I've seen a couple of requests for people to step up and fill some roles.I would like to repeat that I think I can help with helping people get their local enviroments setup and tools in general.With gitpod+ddev we have a better solution than in the years past that can help people reduce the amount of time they spend getting started.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Elli Ludwigson</td>
<td>totally. gitpod/ddev are excellent. I suspect the workshop will be similar to what Chris recorded previously…I’ll add you to the “community tools” section in the meta issue with @crasxThank you!</td>

<tr>
<td>Elli Ludwigson</td>
<td>That was a previous topic! We can discuss further what folks would like to do on … what day? After contribution time on Wednesday so as not to conflict with Trivia which I believe is Thursday? <a href="https://drupal.slack.com/archives/C4K9UPX9P/p1683757836002469option">https://drupal.slack.com/archives/C4K9UPX9P/p1683757836002469option</a> a: someone takes point to gather donations from a select group of sponsorsoption b: folks just get together and go out some where as a group paying their own way</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Gus Austin</td>
<td>option a: someone takes point to gather donations from a select group of sponsorsConsidering there's already a project on the Drupal Contribution collective already set up (actually mirroring <a href="https://www.drupal.org/community/contributor-guide/contribution-areas/mentor">https://www.drupal.org/community/contributor-guide/contribution-areas/mentor</a>), that could be one option for collecting/distributing sponsor/donor funds</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Kristen Pol</td>
<td>If funds are added there, I can be the admin in the open collective handle approvals</td>
</tr>
</table>
<h2>4️⃣ We should mention on social media, in the mentoring BoFs etc that folks should come to the Initiative Leads keynote on Wednesday to learn specific ways to contribute to the various initiatives.</h2>
<table>
<tr>
<td>Elli Ludwigson</td>
<td>Good call! scheduled a tweet for tomorrow morning, thank you.</td>
</tr>
</table>
<h2>5️⃣ Mentored Contribution - Not sure where I should add this, but I will be in the Mentored Contribution area for the Project Browser Initiative on Wednesday. We will also be in General Contribution area all week. We have issues for site builders, designers, testers, documentation, UX, front and back end code, etc.</h2>
