<table>
<tr>
<td>AmyJune Hineline (volkswagenchick)</td>
<td>Iam planning on attending, so far plan on being there for all the days.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>Unfortunately not attending.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>It looks like we'll have Anto, Stefan, and the Marshalls. So that should help for Friday.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Kristen Pol</td>
<td>Sadly no... I know my family will catch Covid at some point but it won't be there... everyone else needs to have EXTRA fun for those who don't attend :slightly_smiling_face:</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Gábor Hojtsy (he/him)</td>
<td>I will be there, doing my usual things.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Chris Darke</td>
<td>Yes I will be there</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>If anyone needs a ticket and wants to attend, remember we have 8 mentor tickets available. We need to provide Cecilia with this information :soon:</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>@Chris Darke @AmyJune (volkswagenchick) would you be able to lead either the mentored contribution or first-time workshop on Friday?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>AmyJune Hineline (volkswagenchick)</td>
<td>I can do either..</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Chris Darke</td>
<td>Sure</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>AmyJune Hineline (volkswagenchick)</td>
<td>divide and conquer</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>Maybe Rachel could lead orientation?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>We still have a gap with Communication lead, Issue Triage lead and Booth. Do we cancel the Booth needs?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>AmyJune Hineline (volkswagenchick)</td>
<td>My first spontaneous impulse is to say yes, due to lack of coverage… Maybe we coordinate with @Cecilia Levy and see if we can get a community booth for just a few hours during a prime time?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>@Merel (Emmezali or colorfulCoder) are you planning on attending Prague?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>@Gábor Hojtsy (he/him), do you have a list of initiatives planning to contribute at Prague? I saw your message in #autoupdates regarding that.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Gábor Hojtsy (he/him)</td>
<td>I am collecting that now yes. At least Ted will be there from autouodates. Lauri from CK5/starterkit/olivero/claro. Leslie and Chris from Project Browser. 3 folks from the DA for GitHub. And a bunch of people for localize d9 port (a community initiative).</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>Nice.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>That should be a good starting point for issue triage and maybe more mentors.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Cecilia Levy</td>
<td>It's as you want, it's planned that you have a « mentor booth » (2x2m) space with carpet but no walls, 1 table, 2 chairs … so you can be there whenever you want it's up to you. Let me know if you prefer something else and the name of this space :)</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>AmyJune Hineline (volkswagenchick)</td>
<td>Thanks @Cecilia Levy!</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Brian Gilbert</td>
<td>Unlikely I'll be able to make it :disappointed: working on a big project atm</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Anto Jose</td>
<td>Planning to attend, trying to work out the travel stuff. Not much knowledgeful, but will be there, trying to help.</td>
</tr>
</table>
<h2>1️⃣ 2️⃣ Tasks that need to be done before the event:</h2>
<table>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>See the thread above from Cecilia. Are there enough mentors that we can pull off the event?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>AmyJune Hineline (volkswagenchick)</td>
<td>Yes, was just going to mention this. I plan on reaching out to @Cecilia Levy next week and doing some high level coordination.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>So right now we have @rachel_norfolk only available to help during Tue -> Thursday tasks, but not Friday. @AmyJune (volkswagenchick) and @Chris Darke available the rest of the week.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Stefan Auditor</td>
<td>I got a mentoring box in my cellar, do you still need it for the event?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>Yes</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Stefan Auditor</td>
<td>Cool, so we'll probably need to check the contents and send it to Prague some day?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>Hopefully it still has an awesome unicorn bag inside</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Stefan Auditor</td>
<td>Yes I think so :slightly_smiling_face: See the attached file</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Chris Darke</td>
<td>So organised!!!</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Stefan Auditor</td>
<td>I had two years since the last in person event :wink: And some help.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>mradcliffe</td>
<td>@gregg_marshall and @amarshall should be your contacts for the box in Prague, @sanduhrs.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Chris Darke</td>
<td>Sounds awfully like some spy meet</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Chris Darke</td>
<td>From a LeCarre novel</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>AmyJune Hineline (volkswagenchick)</td>
<td>I know there will be a ton of non-code novice issues for Project Browser.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Cecilia Levy</td>
<td>Please if you need us to send you instructions to send any bigger material let us know by email :) also if there's something else not in the box that you need we're happy to provide. We had mentor round badges in Amsterdam but it looks like the green tape might be enough ?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Gregg Marshall</td>
<td>I am planning on being there (will need a mentor ticket if its available) and Amanda will probably join me if we can get the airfare below $1,000 (only double what it was for Amsterdam)</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Stefan Auditor</td>
<td>Great, do you want to look at the inventory and tell me what else is needed?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Gregg Marshall</td>
<td>Sure. where is the inventory?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Stefan Auditor</td>
<td><a href="https://drupal.slack.com/archives/C4K9UPX9P/p1657743862572969?thread_ts=1657742638.436409&cid=C4K9UPX9P">https://drupal.slack.com/archives/C4K9UPX9P/p1657743862572969?thread_ts=1657742638.436409&cid=C4K9UPX9P</a></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Gregg Marshall</td>
<td>Wow, that looks really good. Is the Contribution Mentor Band some kind of tape???</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Cecilia Levy</td>
<td>@mradcliffe & @AmyJune (volkswagenchick) can you please gather the free tickets list for me? I see @gregg_marshall but maybe also @Chris Darke and/or @sanduhrs ? Rachel, Gabor, AmyJune, already have theirs :star-struck:</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Gregg Marshall</td>
<td>The only two suggestions I'd suggest are Some kind of table tent card or sign that can be used to identify tables working on a topicAt Portland we had a "flow chart" that was enlarged and mounted that helps direct people if the greeters get swamped by a group of arrivals. The final locations don't need to be part of the flow chart, we can add post it notes to indicate final locations the day of the sprint.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>AmyJune Hineline (volkswagenchick)</td>
<td>@Cecilia Levy When do you need the list?This meeting goes through tomorrow. And not sure with folks being out on holiday, when they will checkin.@gregg_marshall and possibly @amarshall</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Cecilia Levy</td>
<td>@gregg_marshall are you talking about the contribution tables and/or contribution day? Cause we'll definitely have this table with contribution topics and a chart yes :)</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Cecilia Levy</td>
<td>@AmyJune (volkswagenchick) you can start filling a Google docs list and I'll check from time to time. Let's say by end of regular price (8th of August) it would be great for me to have the list almost completed.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Gregg Marshall</td>
<td>Yes I was talking about contribution day. We had to make something up in Portland for the mentored contribution tables so people could figure out which one best fits their interests/skills</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Stefan Auditor</td>
<td>@gregg_marshallas of 1.: We have 6 displays for DIN A4 paper to put in. It's the second item in the inventory (bad photo). Acrylic stands.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Stefan Auditor</td>
<td>as of 2.: Do you have a picture of that flow chart to make that more clear to me?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Gregg Marshall</td>
<td>Ahhh, it looked like some kind of plastic bag. How many tables will be in the mentoring area?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Gregg Marshall</td>
<td>@sanduhrs, here's a draft. Pretty sure @vonreyes has what was used to create it for Portland. <a href="https://drupal.slack.com/files/U2AK65RD0/F032DULA543/chart.pdf">https://drupal.slack.com/files/U2AK65RD0/F032DULA543/chart.pdf</a> (other one was an even earlier draft) (edited)</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Cecilia Levy</td>
<td>@gregg_marshall then we do have something planned in a white board like we did for Amsterdam. <a href="https://flic.kr/p/2hDdGv2">https://flic.kr/p/2hDdGv2</a></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Cecilia Levy</td>
<td>The tables had those little white boards at the center (sponsored/brought back Thunder). <a href="https://flic.kr/p/2hDdHWP">https://flic.kr/p/2hDdHWP</a></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Stefan Auditor</td>
<td>Have the white boards been preserved? The acrylic stands we have in the box are lower.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Stefan Auditor</td>
<td>acryl-thekenaufsteller-t-modell-a4.jpg</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Cecilia Levy</td>
<td>The big white boards were rent from Rai and we had the brand printed ourselves but we’ll take care of that part this year as well. <a href="https://flic.kr/p/2hCHchx">https://flic.kr/p/2hCHchx</a></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Cecilia Levy</td>
<td>The centered part indeed were not preserved as it was Thunder « property ». But I'm sure we can find a lovely sponsor to sponsor the area ! Actually Annertech is sponsoring the contribution Lounge so I'll ask someone if they have those.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Chris Darke</td>
<td>Yes please on the ticket @Cecilia Levy thanks!</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Gregg Marshall</td>
<td>That should work for the tables, assuming they are also in the mentored contribution room.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Cecilia Levy</td>
<td>Yes mentored and general contrib will be in the same space.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Gregg Marshall</td>
<td>:+1:</td>
