Until the results have been announced, we should have an option to select "N/A".</p> <h4 id="summary-steps-reproduce">Steps to reproduce</h4> <p>- Try to create an election area with a single seat.<br> - It will raise an error saying the "Gain or Hold field is required".</p> <h3 id="summary-proposed-resolution">Proposed resolution</h3> <p>Please provide an "N/A" option even for single seat areas.</p>
