<h2>2️⃣ How do you tackle issues for your Distribution?Distributions can be a (new) entry point for users to the Drupal ecosystem where issues they encounter or questions that arise might not be related to the Distribution but rather to Drupal, contrib, etc. What are your experiences here?</h2>

<td>At Open Social we noticed we get a lot of questions about topics like:ComposerWorking with config & updatesContrib modules challengesWhere for our end-users it isn’t clear that Open Social is merely their entry point to Drupal and the contrib world that drives it forwards.Is there maybe an opportunity here we are missing?</td>

<td>We also get questions for contrib modules or Drupal core, so if there's an issue we check if it exists already in any issue queue or we open a new one, or if they want to do something new we assist them finding tutorials from the web.If they want to learn more about Drupal, we offer them assistance and push them more into the Drupal world</td>

<td>so far I've had to move everything off drupal.org to resolve the issues I was having (drupal contrib profiles are not composer supported currently)</td>

<td>We track issues on Github (<a href="https://github.com/localgovdrupal/localgov/issues">https://github.com/localgovdrupal/localgov/issues</a>), primarily because there are that's where the main profile, project and development activity is based. Most issues come from developers already working within the LocalGov Drupal community, ie developers who already know Drupal and are working at a UK council or for a supplier to a UK council. Github also runs all our automated tests. I must admit, we've not tried to move everything to Drupal.org but from what @briangilbert (realityloop) (he/him) mentions, maybe the composer issue is the main reason for that.</td>
