      switch to cert/IP association instead of site/IP · 24153779
      anarcat authored
note that the upgrade path is still broken here, as the incorrect
cert/IP associations get created. that huge SQL query need to be
      refactored.

we completely remove the site/IP association, and the IP of a site
isn't displayed in the frontend anymore, as that IP is irrelevant most
      of time.

we still need to handle properly multiple IP certs (for clusters), but
the database structure supports this at least.

introduce a class based mechanism for extending services that are associated to nodes. · c52f5196
      Adrian Rossouw authored
at the moment this is only the upgrade path, and the display of these services to already associated nodes.

there is lots more work to do regarding this, especially the forms which are going to get fairly tricky.

Db server migration path. · 15afd190
      Adrian Rossouw authored
it is happening BEFORE the web server stuff happens, so we need to look for type='web_server' to find the right server to re-align with.

this might leave orphaned sites because of the fact that it's impossible to make a complete server node based on only the info contained in a db server.
