<p>When a new issue gets created but hasn't been synced yet, certain actions like "Mark issue resolved" can't be executed yet because the helpdesk field isn't filled yet. And even if it were, the action can't be performed as the issue doesn't exist remotely yet.</p>
<h3 id="summary-proposed-resolution">Proposed resolution</h3>
<p>Let's queue such actions as well and execute them, when the parent issue is being synced first.</p>
