Update CORE_STABLE from 11.1.8 to 11.2.0
Update CORE_PREVIOUS_STABLE from 10.4.8 to 10.5.0
Update CORE_NEXT_MINOR from 11.2.x-dev to 11.x-dev (this will show as 11.3-dev)
