[ported from DRUPAL-4-7] added a missing closing </ul> in gallery_filter_long_tip_translated(). and, being at it, improved formatting of long help strings, with which this wouldn't have happened in the first place.

Improved some admin title strings.

Added '?>' to end of g2image config.php file.

It's almost all or nothing. Without access the user cannot see the gallery
or gallery blocks. However, embedded thumbnail images in nodes are still
visible (but the link won't work).
You also need to set 'mode.embed.only' to true in your Gallery2 config.php
file to avoid bypass via standalone.

IMPORTANT: You will need to set the user permissions to 'access gallery'
for the roles you want to be able to see the gallery.

#83382 - Make css h2 tag display:none more specific to avoid incorrectly removing display of info (other than the duplicate title). Specifically this caused a problem with old versions of Gallery2 comment block.

Make checking for a valid gallery install more robust (do not just trust the gallery_valid variable, but always do an isreadable check as well -- avoid case of a moved drupal/g2 installation causing PHP errors).

#68096 - Major change to user sync function to make it more robust. Also, will now allow for cases when there are users already defined in Gallery2 (links the G2 user with the Drupal equivalent). Sync still only operates when a user is modified or created.

#61507 Fixed missing require of gallery_user.inc

 again once the correct methods to import module css files has been documented
 (see http://drupal.org/node/60096).
 - The css file is now not included twice on gallery pages (is correctly loaded
   after Gallery2's theme.css file and so can override)
 - This *removes* the functionality to use a theme specific drupal_g2.css file.
   There have got to be better ways to override module css files.
 - css improvements to not hide h2's in G2 Admin pages
 - Removed DOS line endings from gallery_filter.inc

Split gallery_block into separate .inc file.
Added configuration of g2Image file types.
