If you used composer to update this module or drupal/tfa, you should now have tfa 8.x-1.0-alpha10 or newer. This module can now be removed by running the following composer commands:

Release summary:
This release addresses several bug fixes and a few small enhancements for QR code functionality. The GA Login alpha3 release requires TFA 8.x-1.0-alpha3 as we will now maintain parity between the releases of these two modules.

* If you try to create a code and one is already known, the current one is displayed
