The banner should like both to the Community Events page (<a href="https://www.drupal.org/community/events">https://www.drupal.org/community/events</a>) and the page about adding an event (<a href="https://www.drupal.org/community/events/adding-events">https://www.drupal.org/community/events/adding-events</a>)</p>
