Render long and formatted text as Twig, and expose the data filters to it.

Input Value now renders text_long, text_with_summary and string_long fields
as Twig, so a template can use conditionals and loops and an empty optional
field renders as nothing instead of leaving a literal {{ ... }} in the
output. Short strings keep the placeholder resolver.

This module's DataFilter plugins - format_field, entity_url, option_label,
format_text, date_add, date_subtract - are registered as Twig filters and
applied through the module's own DataFetcher, so a filter means the same
thing in either engine. Filters whose names Twig or Drupal already define
are left alone.

Upgrading: templates on long or formatted text fields need checking. Twig
prints .value where a typed_data path printed the field, reads label rather
than _label, and Drupal's format_date throws on an empty value where
typed_data's rendered nothing.
