<p>The tokens for inserted or deleted flagging entities don't get created, since those events are not owned by the eca_flag ECA events.</p>
<h3 id="summary-proposed-resolution">Proposed resolution</h3>
<p>Instead of borrowing the eca_content events, define our own.</p>
