Add callout quote component
Problem/Motivation
The existing testimonial component does not match quite well with the current site look. I added these pull quotes from people in Vienna, Nara and Chicago. But I'm using an existing text component with a light background and full HTML :)
On mobile size it looks like this (IMHO looks good):

Proposed resolution
Agree if this should be a new component or some other kind of solution. The design was not vetted either, I just used what felt right, and IMHO it looks good on desktop and mobile.
