Split apart "Forums & Issues" in search filters

Currently, when you search for something you're given a breakdown like this:

I'm not sure why "Forums & Issues" are grouped together. They're for very different things.

Issues are generally focused, development-related bug reports, feature requests, etc.
Forums are generally a wasteland of unanswered support requests, frustrated newbies, and general off-topic banter.

I'm not sure why it's a good idea to group these two things together, since I rarely if ever want to search in forum topics when I'm looking for something.
