A summary of the violations are presented below.</p> <ol> <li><a href="https://www.drupal.org/project/tb_blog">TB Blog</a> - Bebas Neue font license is not "GPL friendly" - it is illegal to distribute this font.</li> <li><a href="https://www.drupal.org/project/tb_methys">TB Methys</a> - Bebas Neue font license not "GPL friendly" - it is illegal to distribute this font. [JS is MIT/GPL.]</li> <li><a href="https://www.drupal.org/project/tb_sirate">TB Sirate</a> - Bebas Neue font license not "GPL friendly" - it is illegal to distribute this font. [JS is MIT/GPL.]</li> <li><a href="https://www.drupal.org/project/tb_events">TB Events</a> - Trebuchet MS is ARR - it is illegal to distribute this font. [JS is MIT.]</li> <li><a href="https://www.drupal.org/project/tb_mollise">TB Mollise</a> - Ronda is ARR- it is illegal to distribute this font. [Oswald is SIL OFL ("GPL Friendly"). JS is MIT.]</li> <li><a href="https://www.drupal.org/project/tb_megamenu">TB Megamenu 8.x-1.x</a> - Glyphicons halflings is non-free (no free license unless bundled with Bootstrap). [JS is MIT.]</li> </ol> <p>Please see child issues to see more details about each violation.</p> <p>All these projects <em>also</em> violate our <a href="https://www.drupal.org/node/1001544">Drupal Git Repository Usage policy</a> TOS. Items in the summary in square brackets <em>only</em> violate the TOS. Items that are not in brackets violate copyright law and/or 3rd party licenses.</p> <p>Our Git Repo TOS says:</p> <blockquote><p>A user's account may be terminated without warning for reasons that include, but are not limited to: 1.) violation of these TOS.</p></blockquote> <p>As there are multiple and serious violations, and IMHO Git access should be revoked as a result of this rule. Howver I leave it to the Infrastructure Group to make a final call on this.</p>
