<p>Same as <span class="drupalorg-gitlab-issue-link project-issue-status-info project-issue-status-2"><a href="https://www.drupal.org/project/byte/issues/3586998" title="Status: Fixed">#3586998: Convert Byte to monolith before 11.4</a></span></p>
<p>Monolithic site templates break on component version mismatch between 11.3 and 11.4. We need to update drupal_cms_starter to be a monolith also.</p>
