This arose from a Zoom with @pameeela, but as the next Monumental Refactoring in Drupal CMS 2, it has been decided to merge all our media type recipes into a single new recipe, called Drupal CMS Media.

This recipe will provide the Image, Document, SVG Image, Video File, and Remote Video media types, plus whatever enhancements we've added to them. The existing recipes for images and remote videos will be removed from our subtree split and marked as minimally maintained. Neither will ever receive a 2.x release, which puts them in the same company as Drupal CMS Olivero (although that, we need to at least keep the lights on for). When Drupal CMS 2 releases, we'll mark both recipes as obsolete.

The pros of this approach are that it will allow Drupal CMS to provide a robust and consistent foundation for media handling in Drupal CMS. The main thing we're sacrificing is the modularity of smaller recipes. But our needs for media have outgrown the current recipes, so this seems like a reasonable thing to do.
