I opened <span class="drupalorg-gitlab-issue-link project-issue-status-info project-issue-status-17"><a href="https://www.drupal.org/project/mercury/issues/3549895" title="Status: Closed (outdated)">#3549895: Logo grid scrolling behaviour is not correct</a></span>. Pam pointed out that it can either be configured to not scroll in the Byte template for now until that bug is fixed or this section removed to avoid it looking broken.
