Project Browser just committed that change directly in <span class="drupalorg-gitlab-issue-link project-issue-status-info project-issue-status-7"><a href="https://www.drupal.org/project/project_browser/issues/3540787" title="Status: Closed (fixed)">#3540787: The drupalorg_jsonapi source should explicitly have the name "Browse modules" for its local task</a></span>, so the ECA model is no longer needed; we can simply polyfill the change in our helper module until Project Browser releases a new version.</p>
