Fix spelling of some words with 'un' prefix

Wonder if this could be "not yet configured"? Doesn't seem like a blocker for the ticket though.

For background, this text was added in Convert filters to plugins, specifically comment #48 and committed 23 May 2013. There was no discussion in that issue about this comment.

It does seem like it should be 'not yet configured' but I am not sure and don't know the filter plugins.

I asked in #contribute and chx responded that he also agrees that this should be 'not yet configured'.
