* Don't rely on a blog table (i.e. do 'extended' the drupal way.
  * Allow listing / setting new 'input format' - (using mt.supportedTextFilters).
  * Handle MT extensions to metaWeblog.newPost/editPost where applicable.
  * Implemented mt.supportedMethods.
