So please forgive me if this toke that<br> much time. But consider that my efforts to help out goes hand in hand with my efforts to learn<br> to use Drupal from the point of view of a foreign language member of Drupal.org.</p> <p>What I mean can be easily understand with this example:</p> <p>the issue <a href="http://drupal.org/node/53464"> Theming the node teaser </a>,<br> on <strong>Theme developer's guide </strong> is a perfect example where newcomer<br> will struggle and waste time in finding out how one of the Drupal version works!</p> <ol> <strong>Explanations</strong> <li> Search:<br> &nbsp; <p>I start with a search with google: <em>" node is displayed as a teaser site:drupal.org "</em></p> <p> Result:<em><a href="http://drupal.org/node/53464"> Theming the node teaser </a></em></p> <p> So I click on the first result that google propose me, that's always the case for beginner!</p> </li> <p>&nbsp;</p> <li> Teaser : not defined<br> &nbsp; <p> As a longtime student I know that good manual have always an index</p> <p> for the new and most used vocabolary and acronyms, or in this case a link to it!</p> </li> <p>&nbsp;</p> <li> Breadcrumbs : confusing<br> &nbsp; <p> on this page :<strong> Drupal 4.6.x . Drupal 4.7.x . Drupal 5.x</strong></p> <p> Anyone that have spent ours, days, weeks and almost years like me, </p> <p> knows how confusing and disorienting is this.
