Backlog: undo check-in, and reprint badge labels
## Summary
**Status: flagged for later — not scoped for implementation yet.** Noted while working on #3596637/ #3596638 (badge label printing), but both problems below exist independently and need their own discussion before being turned into a real issue.
## Problem
### Problem 1: no way to undo an accidental check-in (pre-existing)
Once a member is checked in via Member Check-In, `is_checked_in` is set and the search results row just shows "Checked in" — there's no way to reverse this if a member was checked in by mistake. This predates the label-printing work; printing just made it more visible, since a mis-click now also means an unwanted label got queued.
### Problem 2: no way to reprint a label
If a badge is lost, or a label mis-prints, there's currently no way to queue a new print job for an already-checked-in member — printing only happens as part of the check-in action itself (`CheckInMembers::checkInAndPrintSubmit()` / `PrintJobManager::createJob()`), which only fires for members not yet checked in.
### Problem 3: usability concerns
- Users have complained that the checkbox to
select a member is too small a target area.
- There is no way to select all members found by the
search, except for clicking each separately.
- The confirm check-in page feels a bit disjointed
from the main check-in interface.
### Access control consideration
Both actions are more sensitive than plain check-in (undoing a check-in affects badge/attendance records; a reprint has a real supply cost — the physical label). The suggestion is to gate them behind something beyond the existing `manage convention members`/`check in convention members` permissions, so general registration staff can check people in as today, but undo/reprint require a more privileged role (e.g. a "supervisor"). Exact permission name(s) and whether this is a new permission vs. splitting an existing one still need deciding.
### Open questions for whoever scopes this properly
- Does "undo" reverse `is_checked_in` only, or also anything print-related (e.g. mark the associated `conreg_print_job` as cancelled)?
- Does "reprint" create a new `conreg_print_job` row, or is there a case for reusing/resetting the original one?
- Where do these actions live in the UI — inline on the search results row (replacing "Checked in" with buttons for privileged users), a separate admin view, or something else?
## Proposed solution _(optional)_
1. Move the check-in column from the last column in the table to the first.
2. Clicking anywhere on a table row should toggle the checkbox (for members who aren't checked in only - checked in members won't have a checkbox). The column we'll add below will be the exception - we don't want to interfere with new buttons.
3. Add a "select all" checkbox below the table. It should select all member checkboxes, unless all checkboxes are already selected, in which case it should deselect them all.
4. Add a new "action" column to the end of the table.
5. Add a "Preview" button to the action column. Pressing it should open a modal showing the member's label.
6. Add a new "check-in supervision" permission.
7. Add a new button dropdown for users with check-in supervision permission called "undo check-in". Pressing it will display a modal asking the user to confirm, and if they agree, will set the checked in flag to 0.
8. Add a new button dropdown for users with check-in supervision called "reprint label". Pressing it should display a modal with a preview of the label, similar to the preview modal. However, it will also have a printer select and a "print label" button. Clicking "print label" should send the label to the printer and close the modal.
9. Add a new "Edit badge name" dropdown button to the action column. It should be available all users with "check-in convention members" permission. It should open a model with a textfield for the badge name, with the current badge name filled in, and Save and Cancel buttons. Pressing save will update the badge name of the member to the new value.
10. Update the current "check in members" to correctly format the badge number, and should make badge number and name bold.
11. The current "check in and print labels" should format the member number and badge name as above, but should also display the preview for each label below the member name.
