Chatbot API 1.0 - Release Candidate 2

This release neither brings any new feature nor fixes any major bug. It's more a code polishing in order for the module to be more compliant with Drupal Coding Standards.

Bug fixes

This release contains one bugfix on the chatbot_api_apiai driver (see below for details), but as there is a satisfying test coverage and people have been playing around we can happily announce the end of Alpha/Beta phase!
So this is the first v1.0 Release Candidate.

If there are no new bugs flagged in the next few weeks a stable release will follow.
