This release fixes the SSO with Chamilo (but only from Chamilo LMS 1.9.8.3 as Chamilo also required some minor fixes to main/inc/local.inc.php and main/auth/sso/sso.class.php).

Also fixes a character encoding issue in courses list and reduces the security concerns by using a temporary key generated on the fly by Chamilo LMS.

All functions and references to Dokeos have been renamed to Chamilo with the exception of several web services calls to Chamilo that still use Dokeos naming.

Also, the user edit page now remembers the 'sync with chamilo' setting.
