**Overview** When a user selects a non-default language from the LanguageSelect dropdown in the Canvas UI and is taken to the preview page, the language dropdown correctly shows: - checkmark beside languages that have an existing translation. - (3-dot) options menu beside those languages. However, if the user refreshes the browser on that preview URL, or navigates directly to it, all checkmarks and 3-dot menus disappear from every language in the dropdown.
