<p>When editing a view mode other than Full for a content template (after <span class="drupalorg-gitlab-issue-link project-issue-status-info project-issue-status-7"><a href="https://www.drupal.org/project/canvas/issues/3574412" title="Status: Closed (fixed)">#3574412: Allow creation of content templates for view modes other than Full</a></span> makes this possible), the global regions shouldn't be visible in the editor or preview, since they are not part of the actual display.</p>
