<p>It is currently hard to tell when navigating to a page if you what you are seeing matches the published site or if there are changes to the page.</p>
<h3 id="proposed-resolution">Proposed resolution</h3>
<p>As per the designs, the status badge should say "Edited" when the current page has been published previously, but there are unpublished changes to the page that get published with the "Publish all changes" button.</p>
