A bat unit is not necessarily a drupal bat unit

In order for a user to be able to interact with events on the calendar we need event ids - the most reliable way to do this is to construct calendar data using the event_ids table and then retrieve the actual value.

bat_api depending on bat_event_ui creates a circular dependency. We need to introduce a check in code rather than do it through dependencies on .info

BAT API now instantiates a BAT Event store from where it retrieves the event id so as to be able to provide the user with a pop-up to edit a blocking event.
