Move the "View on git.drupalcode.org" link
On pages like OnBehalfOfOtherModuleHook.php, the View on git.drupalcode.org is covered by the filename.
I took the screenshot on a window that was almost 1080-pixel wide.
Moving the link to be on the same line the File header is added would avoid this overlap.
On OnBehalfOfOtherModuleHook, this does not happen: The View on git.drupalcode.org link is shown on the line after the one showing the filename.
I think the View on git.drupalcode.org link should be shown on the same line showing the File header in this case too.
I set the priority to Minor because there are probably few files with a long filename.
