Make search/autocomplete include overridden methods

On my test box currently, running the sample code, if I search for "foo", I only get 4 results instead of the 8 I should get.

It is returning:
foo_sample_name
SampleInSubDirInterface::foo2
SampleInterface::foo
SampleInSubDir::$foo

But it's missing all the other classes that also have a foo() or foo2() methods: Sample::foo(), SampleInSubDir::foo(), Sample2InSubDir::foo2(), SubInSubDirSample::foo().

Wow, those are really exciting class names. Anyway, it's not working correctly and needs to be fixed.

And the autocomplete returns just those same 4 results when I start typing foo too, so that should also be fixed.
