When displaying hierarchy, only show direct ancestors

views_plugin_style_table extends views_plugin_style extends views_plugin extends views_object
On the views_plugin level, there is just itself and views_handler, but since that comes first, it shows every views_handler class available.
I think the simplest solution would be to show only parents and siblings. Or if not too complicated, parents, parent's siblings, and siblings. But definitely not cousins :)
