Make code linking handle chained methods

The recently-updated code linking logic for handling methods doesn't seem to handle chained methods well, such as:

    $this->connection->query($statement);

In this case, the link on connection is being made properly, but not on the query method. It probably needs to just assume it doesn't know what type of object is being referenced, and search for any ::query method.
