Link to class at top of class member page goes to wrong class

On my test site, I have sample branches with both of the sample code bases.

When I look at the Sample::foo() page, there are links at the top to one in sample/classes.php and another in sample2/maybe_exclude/extras.php.

The links to the methods are right, but the links to the classes are both going to the extras.php version of the class.
