List formatting is a bit too aggressive

In #774850: Formatting for lists... we added some formatting for lists like this:

* - something here: description

so that it made the "something here" (everything before the : )

That was fine, but I've noticed some badness: (see drupal_static() for an example):

* - http://example.com

It shouldn't turn the http: into bold.

I think a small update to the regular expression would do it -- only do bold if the : is followed by whitespace.

I think this can wait until the next release, and it should include a test.
