List of functions calling this function includes other branches

With the current development code, the generated "list of functions that call this function" seems to be including functions across different branches.

For instance, if you go to module_invoke() in the Drupal 8 branch, you have links to block_admin_configure_submit in Drupal 6, 7, and 8 on my test box (and even more on the API staging site, since it includes Drupal 4.7, and 5 as well).
