Class method linking needs to be smarter (understand parent::method())

I am on
http://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/includes--database--database.inc/function/DatabaseConnection%3A%3AprepareQuery/7

And I click on the link to parent::prepare() at the end of the function code, and it takes me to the DatabaseConnection_sqlite::prepare():

That is not right. That is apparently the only defined prepare() method in D7, but parent::prepare() should be going to PDO::prepare() on php.net I think?
