Update Chicago Driesnote repo to include demo prompts

## Problem/motivation We have the repo for the Chicago Driesnote: https://github.com/fosterinteractive/c2026/ but the demo prompts aren't included. ## Solution Pull out the minimum prompt info from the "Chicago DriesNote Brainstorm / AI CMS Comparison" Google doc and add to a file in the repo. ## Tasks - Review Google doc and extract best prompt info - Add prompts to an md file in the repo
