PLANNING DB SCHENKER - Develop agenda and outline
## Description The format is a Q&A style interview covering the customer story and a capability demo. 60 minutes including Q&A. The audience is end users and business decision makers, not developers — so the framing needs to lead with business problem and outcome, not technical architecture. Rough structure to work from: - Welcome and context (5 min) - The business problem: what DB Schenker was trying to solve in their supply chain (10 min) - What was built: email triage, exception handling, reporting automation (10 min) - Live or recorded capability demo (10 min) - What worked, what didn't, what they'd do differently (10 min) - Audience Q&A (15 min) This needs to be agreed with David Hasell before any slide or demo prep begins. ## Acceptance criteria - [ ] Agenda drafted and reviewed by Matthew - [ ] Agenda agreed with David Hasell - [ ] Timings confirmed per segment - [ ] Q&A structure agreed (live questions, moderated chat, or both) - [ ] Agenda shared with production team for run-of-show planning
