## Description The webinar is targeting mid-to-end June. A firm date needs to be locked before promotion can begin — ideally at least four weeks out to give enough runway for registration and partner amplification. Platform is drupal.org. Confirm the streaming/hosting setup on that platform and whether a Zoom or equivalent is being used for the actual session behind it. ## Acceptance criteria * [ ] Date and time confirmed and agreed by all speakers and hosts * [ ] UTC time documented with local equivalents (at minimum: CET, US Eastern, AEST) * [ ] Platform and streaming setup confirmed * [ ] Date communicated to promotion team so they can plan the campaign cadence
