GUEST PIPELINE - Define guest outreach and management process
## Description
As the podcast runs at 2 episodes per quarter, there needs to be a repeatable process for identifying, approaching, screening, and briefing guests. Without this, it gets reinvented every time and falls between the two hosts.
This process should be documented before episode 1 so the first episode tests it, not invents it.
## Acceptance criteria
- [ ] Outreach message template created (initial approach to a potential guest)
- [ ] End-to-end process documented: identify > approach > screen > brief > record > post-episode follow-up
- [ ] Ownership of each stage agreed between hosts
- [ ] Process stored somewhere both hosts can access and update
