FOUNDATION - Define sponsorship model
## Description The vision references the NPR model — fewer sponsors, high relevance, no hard selling during the conversation. The key decision to make is whether sponsors are paying or in-kind/partnership. Either way, slots are pre-roll (10-15 seconds), mid-roll (30-45 seconds max), and post-roll mention only. Hosts must not become salespeople. Sponsors must be relevant to Drupal, AI, or the open web. Better to have fewer sponsors than dilute credibility.
