Let the Drupal podcasters know 5. Email previous attendees (2025) 8. Call a meeting of the sponsors to agree the positioning of Drupal AI at the event, set expectation upon them to promote, agree how leads and follow ups are to be managed 9. Require the sponsors to promote the event attendance 10. Agree who is planning on attending this event - Currently we have 2 Complimentary Delegate Passes and 6 Booth Staff Passes. 11. confirm furniture if required (only available tables £180.80 each) 12. confirm AV bookings (Desktop screens; standing screens; wall mounted screens) 13. Deliveries: Organisers will only accept items at venue if they receive it on the 29th May 14. IF we are having a TV prepare video 15. Organise Drupal branded T-shirts / tops 16. Write blog post about the attendance 17. Schedule social media posts - focus on key messaging 18. Prepare follow ups
