<p>This will be part of the onboarding process going forward.</p>
<p>When the DA sends out the contract and invoice (or right afterwards), they will send a form that will capture key contact information and all the things we need to get them added to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Mailing lists</li>
<li>Slack channels</li>
<li>Meetings</li>
<li>D.org pages</li>
</ul>

<p>Create a form to capture everything we need to move forward with onboarding.</p>

<li>Create Google form</li>
<li>Review with DA and teams and refine as needed</li>
<li>DA will start send this out for new partners</li>
<li>Consider retroactively sending it to existing partners to fill in any gaps</li>
