<h3 id="summary-problem-motivation">Problem/Motivation</h3>
<p>When users navigate to the AI chatbot UI with a keyboard, there is a missing focus state when they arrive at the box to enter the query, as shown by the image and the video.<br>
In addition, the narrow interface of the AI chatbot makes it very difficult for users to read the chatbot responses without a very long scroll, as shown in the 2nd video.</p>
<h3 id="summary-proposed-resolution">Proposed resolution</h3>
<p>Proposal 1: Addition of focus state to the query box element of the chatbot to improve accessibility.<br>
Proposal 2: add resize ability - so that the boundary of the AI chatbot can be dragged and expanded to increase its width and make it easier to read the AI responses. </p>
